For Mafra’s commercial event, “Gente que Brilha”, I developed an opening video aimed at inspiring employees to engage more deeply and attentively with the people they serve. The piece reinforced Mafra’s core purpose as a company committed to genuine care and human-centered service.

The narrative was designed to foster a sense of belonging, pride, and responsibility, encouraging each employee to act with empathy and intention.

My role included:
– Concept and script creation based on the themes of care and empathy
– Creative direction and the selection of a warm, inspiring visual language
– Emotional editing and motivational tone to open the event with connection and purpose
